As our redesigned website is launched we saw an opportunity to connect with people through the ongoing dialogue that a blog could provide. We will be sharing information about what we’re working on, issues related to urban design, emerging trends within sustainable building, and a host of other topics of interest.

I think a blog is a great idea!! Are you up for a challenge? My husband and I are in a lot in Columbia City where there are about 7 lots owned by 3 owners (we’re ‘one’ of them) and the other lots are either unbuilt upon or are cheap rental properties. All of us are in need of renovation/new property in other words and would love to talk to you about us all ‘putting in’ our property for you to develop in exchange for some shares and/or a unit in exchange? Can I talk to someone about this? If so please let me know and I can meet/show you what we have.
